Dr. Ryan earned his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Marquette University in 2015 and his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Marquette University School of Dentistry in 2018. He married his wife, Dr. Emma, right after graduation and immediately moved to Virginia to support her Navy commitment.

Dr. Ryan is excited to be back in Wisconsin and is fully enjoying all the cheese he missed out on the last three years! He is an avid cook and baker and is always willing to share recipes. He is a musician and both sings and plays trumpet. Dr. Ryan enjoys hiking, dancing, white water rafting, biking, running, and finding new roasts of coffee beans to try.

Emma Dodge, DDS

Dr. Emma finished her Navy commitment and joined the practice in summer 2022. She is so excited to back in her home state, Wisconsin. She loves curling up with a good book as much as exploring the beautiful outdoors, and is a particular fan of hiking in the Colorado Rockies. Dr. Emma enjoys baking, knitting, playing piano and bassoon, running, biking, and sharing her salty sea stories.

Andrea Gritzmacher

Hygienist

When Andrea was in high school, she got her first job in the dental field working for an orthodontist. She enjoyed it so much that after high school she pursued a career in dental hygiene. She earned her associate degree in dental hygiene from MATC-Madison and has been helping patients get healthier smiles ever since.

She’s married to Cory, and a mom to two boys and a dog. Her two favorite places to vacation are Disney World and Estes Park, Colorado. She enjoys music, movies, spending time in my garden, and just being a mom. Andrea loves her job because she gets to work one-on-one with her patients. She believes small changes in your oral care routine can make a big difference.

She thinks we have a great team at Dodge  Dental Studio and enjoys working with everyone here!

Holly Klietz

Hygienist

Holly graduated with her hygiene degree from Waukesha County Technical College in 2002. She has wanted to be a hygienist since 8th grade while spending some time in braces and making frequent visits to the dentist. Her favorite thing about being a hygienist is having a patient say how the appointment went so much better than they thought and creating a comfortable environment for patients. She also loves educating patients and teaching them about their oral health or home care techniques.

Holly is married to her husband Jon and they have a blended family of 5 and a goldendoodle puppy named Finley. She enjoys cheering her kids on in their sporting events, gardening, going to Bucks and Brewers games, playing tennis and golf, and being outdoors.

She worked as an orthodontist assistant for about a year and wanted to look into something different. She really loves working in general dentistry with Drs. Ryan and Emma Dodge. She has learned a lot and the office feels like family working with such amazing people and coworkers!

She was inspired to work in the dental field as she and her family had very bad dental experiences when she was younger. Leslie’s goal is to make everybody happy and comfortable and inspire them to come back for their dental needs!  She believes that Dodge Dental Studio goes above and beyond to get those needs meet!

Rhonda Retzlaff

Michell Wendorff

Patient Accounts Administrator

Michelle started working with Dr. Scheunemann in 2004 and is honored to continue her career with Dr. Ryan and Dr. Emma. She approaches life with a solid sense of humor and a great deal of faith. Her greatest job satisfaction happens when she is able to help our patients.

Michelle grew up in Southeastern Wisconsin, lived in Missouri for several years, and is still not too fond of Wisconsin winters. Her greatest accomplishment is being a mom to her two sons, Alex and Max. She enjoys all sorts of outdoor activities – hiking and biking are her favorites!
